Provider Resources for Landing Pages

Landing pages help convert more of your website visitors into leads. By providing focused information and offers, they also boost conversion on any PPC, email or any targeted marketing campaigns.

Landing Page Designs: Process

1. You receive Buyer contact form via email.

2. You contact Buyer directly within 3 business days to discuss their order. Common questions include:

  • Are you a HubSpot customer? If so, please ask Buyer to provide you with their HubSpot login so you may build their landing page using the Landing Page Wizard and Dashboard. If Buyer is a HubSpot customer but is not yet set up to use HubSpot landing pages, please help them or have them contact HubSpot Support to Set Up a Subdomain for HubSpot-hosted Landing Pages. If buyer would like a non-HubSpot-hosted landing page, please make sure to use How to Use the Exported Form HTML and How to Use HubSpot Lead API to integrate their external landing page with the HubSpot lead intelligence and tracking system.
  • What is your landing page for (i.e. pay per click, email campaign, linked from an offer on your website, etc.)?
  • Please provide any PPC ad or email campaign copy, website URL, or other promotion info for this landing page.
  • What you would like your landing page to say and offer? If applicable, a good gut-check on a strong landing page is whether it answers these 3 questions: What is the offer? Why can't you live without it? What do I need to do to get it?
  • Which fields would you like on your form? Remember, shorter forms convert better so include only critical fields.
  • What would you like the visitor to see and/or receive after filling out the form? Acknowledgement page? Acknowledgement email? Re-direct to another page?
  • Tip: We have found that delivering 1 Landing Page design first, soliciting Buyer feedback, and incorporating that feedback into the 2nd design minimizes iterations and increases Buyer satisfaction.

3. Buyer selects one Landing Page design to make live on his/her website.

  • HubSpot Customers: Any landing pages created through the HubSpot Landing Page Wizard is ready to go and automatically integrated with lead intelligence and tracking tools.
  • Non-HubSpot Customers: Work with the Buyer on making external landing page live.

4. You notify HubSpot that order is completed by updating the status in Partner Portal.

5. HubSpot emails Buyer short Buyer Satisfaction Survey.
